TT too weak or standard?

Button is pretty new, but so far is reasonably tight and not too aggressive post-flop.

If he's reasonably tight and not too agressive post-flop but is raising you then this is an easy fold right? I'd fold in this situation, unless he was a loose bluffing player, then I'd call him down.
