Crazy hand. I got my butt kicked at this table.

I had a lot of trouble walking the line between being super-aggressive, like everyone else was playing, and doing really, really stupid things. I lost a lot of money this way.

I felt like the only options were raise or fold. I held onto some hands too long because I was trying to make a stand - someone didn't have it EVERY time, but I often held marginal hands. All of the wrong things happened. Oh well.

I think SteelWheel15 had QQ.

coldcall3 - no clue.

I think you and LGatts had AA, and button had KK...

Those are my best guesses... this hand is crazy. I don't see anyone calling or re-raising before the flop.

You had:
Pre: (99-88) AA-TT, AKs
Flop: AK /images/graemlins/spade.gif, 88, AA-KK.
Turn: 88,(AA)
River: 88, (AA)

UTG had:
Pre: 88+,AK,98s+(if very tight, else QJs+)
Flop: 99-QQ

MP had:
Pre: 88-AA, AQ, (AJs,KQs)
Flop: 88-AA, big /images/graemlins/spade.gifs
Turn: AA-KK,88
River: 88, (AA)

MP3 had:
Pre: AA,KK,AKs (QQ)
Flop: AK /images/graemlins/spade.gif, AA,KK, (QQ)
Turn: AA, (KK)
River: KK

Button had:
Pre: AA,KK,AKs
Flop: AK /images/graemlins/spade.gifs, AA,KK
Turn: AA
River: AA

The one of Mike and MP2 who didnīt have 88 overplayed imo.

Results Mike ?

Crazy table, lots of stuff getting capped. It was common to see someone raise preflop and then fold when it came to them capped.

As such, you sort've have to start 3-betting with more marginal hands. If you've got AQ and someone raises, they might have KJs. Sure, I might be dominated, but there's a good chance I have the best hand, and it's time to 3-bet. You started seeing capped flops with some hands that made you wonder sometimes.

I overplayed my hand here, but at a table like this, sometimes it's best to know you have a hand, close your eyes, and click raise.

I agree, especially since you had seen a lot of junk hands.

What did you put me on?

I had KK and took it down.

The game had gotten out of control at this point.

At this point, we were throwing conventional play out the window because we all pretty much know "correct" play. I once 3-bet deuce-trey out the SB and took down an uncontested pot. Sometimes I coldcalled with junk just to throw people off (that sends off a LOT of red flags it seems).

It was really impossible to put ANYONE on a hand, so I hoped to god no one had AA-KK, and if they did, I was losing 12 bets.
