Was it wrong to raise here, if not, was it wrong to call the reraise ?

this is a marginal play at best. it is one thing to be in LP and raise here but UTG+1 is asking for trouble.

this is an automatic all in preflop....the pot commiting 2.5xBB raise is horrible

This is a clear allin preflop. You can't ever fold if reraised, so slam the lot in.

Note that even if SB shows you the AQo after reraising, calling the reraise is almost exactly break-even in chip terms. I would call even if he showed the AQo because 1200 chips is a lot more valuable than 400.

Definitely allin preflop, unless you want to consider the possibility of folding. With your stack, UTG I fold every time, Button or later open-push every time, MP/CO it's close, but I lean towards folding it in MP and pushing with the CO. I think it would depend on table flavor from those two positions, actually.

Push pre-flop and hope to steal the blinds. Playing it like you did with your short stack almost guarantees that there will be a showdown with all your chips on the table. Too many things can go wrong with those 5 cards.
