The old thread is getting very large. The link is above.

Many 2+2'ers have asked for visa/amex/mc type gift cards to be added to the products at CashOutShop. I've been relucatant since I would have to charge a price far over face value.

I've researched my potential suppliers and the lowest cost I would be able to charge is $35 over per $500 visa gift card (works just like a visa debit card). This includes shipping (UPS express), all neteller fees. (There are no other charges).

I realize there is value in being able to use Neteller funds to make the purchase, but personally, I'm not a fan of giving up edge so I probably wouldn't be interested in these visa gift cards and would stick the the face value super certificates. But I'd like to get a better indication if it is worth while to add these products, given the price of $535 per $500 card.

I think the super certificates have practically just as much value as the VISA cards, so I'd probably stick with those.

screw the visa/amex gift card. sell amex travelers checks.

it will cause you and the buyers no more or no less scrutiny.

These would be a good idea for UK/European users who cannot use the gift certificates.

WHat can the visa cards be used for. Do they work just like a normal card?
