I just finished playing a 15-30 game where I didn't win a hand. no biggie until I realized that I wouldn't have won any of the hands that I folded either. nada.

Anyway, what's the chances of this given that the table averaged about 7-8 players a hand, I played for an hour and a half with no breaks, and we got about 45 hands out per hour?

just curious.

p= (7/8)**(45*1,5)

Wasn't there any pots won unseen ?

the pots that were won unseen would have to have been taken down by a hell of a bluff for my hand to have been any good. for some cosmic reason, every time I had any sort of high card strength (A-rag, K-rag, etc), the pot was shown down.

I've played enough that, while I haven't seen everything, not much surprises me anymore. I'm not frustrated about the session, just awed at the potential that I had an integral part in an odd statistical happening.
