Looking back at this hand, I think I may have been guilty of Fancy Play Syndrome when a more direct approach may have been better in this situation.

Any feedback is appreciated...

Preflop: Hero is SB with 4/images/graemlins/club.gif, 4/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
<font color="666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls, <font color="666666">1 fold</font>, MP1 calls, <font color="666666">2 folds</font>, CO calls, <font color="666666">1 fold</font>, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (5 SB) A/images/graemlins/club.gif, 5/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 4/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="blue">(5 players)</font>
<font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, BB folds, <font color="CC3333">UTG+1 raises</font>, MP1 calls, CO calls, Hero calls.

I was nearly certain that I was ahead here, but my thought was to call the raise closing the action and then go for the check-raise on the turn if a blank hit.

Turn: (6.50 BB) K/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="blue">(4 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="CC3333">UTG+1 bets</font>, <font color="CC3333">MP1 raises $4 (All-In)</font>, CO folds, <font color="CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, UTG+1 calls.

River: (14.50 BB) J/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="blue">(3 players, 1 all-in)</font>
<font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, UTG+1 calls.

Final Pot: 16.50 BB

I like 3-betting this flop as opposed to check-raising the turn because you've got MP1 and the CO on the hook already.

By waiting, you risk having UTG+1 bet the turn and everyone folding behind him.

I say stick 'em while you can, and I think that's on the flop.

I agree. Make the flush draws pay the most to sit around and hope that you'll also be hammering away on someone holding an ace with a good kicker. Neither will go away and your hand is nicely disguised so maximize the pot while you can.
