Looks fine without a read of your opponent as only raising better than top pair. You very likely going to lose this hand, but paying him off at the end keeps him from getting bright ideas of raising you as a bluff. And the money you pay to him with one BB, you make up over time as he fails to make his draws against you and either calls on the end or folds.

I'm on sort of a campaign to end this table image is important in full-handed small stakes online thing and your post has been targeted. Call if you think you have the pot odds to win. Fold if you don't.

That's fine Nate. I disagree that it means nothing, but you can certainly pull a profit by auto-piloting tables without regard to meta-game - that's pretty well established.

The first point here was that the BB you toss out to pay the guy off is partially insured if you don't have a read on guy as only raising with a better hand than you. Coupled with the other reasons, it makes this a call imo.
