How did I do on this one.

My turn play bothers me the most. The BB opened with a bet. He could be slow-playing a set of 9s or did he hit two pair with the 2? The 2h eliminates my BD flush draw.

I think I should have raised or folded. How would I choose which is the better play?

I think you can fold this turn. You need about 7:1 to chase a couple overcards and you're getting those odds. But in this situation, your odds are reduced, because there are times where you are already drawing dead. Since I don't think you can confidently raise an A or K on the river, it would be tough to make it okay with implied odds. I think I give this one up here.
