A bone for the ABB faction. Perhaps gridlock wouldn't be so bad. The article doesn't have a lot of details as to how they arrived at the figure though. It's more or less consistent with the Alan Murray article I posted last week from the WSJ. The "Ownership Society" has it's costs in tax revenue lost.
