Borgata 500 + 40 Limit Holdem

Played this event yesterday and wanted to get some opinions on a few hands.

1. Blinds 400-800 with about 70 players left (27 paid). I have T5600, and its folded to me in sb with K2o. With no read on BB, whats the move?

2. Blinds 500-1000, I have T4200. I am UTG+2 with A7o. Am I raising here?

I would raise hand 1 for value.

I would fold hand 2 based on position. If I'm two off the button or later, I will raise there.

I would push in 1. With pot odds and the likelyhood of a fold, it is a good play.

In 2, I would fold. If you get called, you will probably be close to a 3-1 dog. There is a good possibility someone has a higher ace, and someone with a highewr ace will probably call. As mentioned, you will have better opportunities soon in late position and possibly in the blinds.

Oops this is limit, you can't push, but I would still raise 1. I wouldn't really call it raising for value, more of a semibluff.
