i play the 100+9 level, and my normal play is to raise aq if i am opening or have one limper in front of me. with two or more limpers, i usually just call.
if there is a raise in front of me and i don't know anything about the player, i'll fold it. the exception would be with position, i would call aq suited in a multiway pot if the raise wasn't too big.
