I know the flat calls are not really recommended, but I didn't see him just calling my mini-raise with something that had me beat on the flop. And those runner Jacks had me too scared to bet the river.

Ive seen this many times, runner runner of something and I get scared. You get greedy with a made hand on the flop, only one hand beats you at the flop, AK. He is minraising, prolly to check where he is at. Then turn, $10 in a $27 pot, value or feeler? You want to know where you´re at, raise him! (maybe even all-in).

Always better to reraise when you are a sure favorite and rembemer reraise is one of the most powerful thing in NL, you can get many people to lay down a good hand with a sizeable reraise because of the psychological effect, "he must got the the nuts..."

SB would have reraised preflop with AK, you should go all in after you got minraised.

Because its NL25, i have a hard time seeing you get him off this hand (pair, OESD). I would have reraised the flop and maybe pushed the turn, though he is in so deep he would have likely called your turn push(same results, of course, but better play). I agree on the river check behind, of course. Any pocket pair, T, J, or Q and youre done.
