HT & QTR bets?

Here's what I've got to choose from for these. Seems like bets on the HT and QTRs would be kind of a crap shoot. Am I right, or do you guys bet these too?

HT 1st Chiefs (Kansas City) +1½ -110 Ov 24 -110

HT 1st QTR Chiefs (Kansas City) +½ -130 Ov 7½ -155

They are not a crap shoot. but, one still has to know what they are doing (i am not saying that you don't). I have not bet any halves this weekend. But, I rarely play them. I am not a good enough capper for this.
