A simple question

Playing live 3/6 with a kill. This is a kill hand. The player with the kill has just moved to the game about 30 minutes ago from a game that broke. He has shown some agression and will bet with any part of the board. In the previous hand he raised and then capped the turn on a gut shot draw because, in his words, he wanted a kill pot if he won the hand. Obviously he won. Anyway on to the question.

It's folded to you in the BB with only the kill left to act. You look down and find 3c 3s. Who calls? Who folds? Who raises? and why? I'm just looking for other posters opinions on how they would handle this pre-flop based upon what little info they have available.

I fold, I dont want to get into it with an aggressive player who has posistion on me, with a hand I am a coinflip with to the river to basically any hand he has.

I'm not sure I understand the rules.

Your only remaining opponent has posted a $6 double blind (kill), you have posted the $3 BB, and SB has posted $2? There is $11 in the pot and you need to call $3 to keep playing? After that the limits are $6/$12?

If those are the rules this is an easy call, especially against a wreckless player. I'll play it like a calling station and make a nice profit on average.

after reading the above post, I would like to recend my earlier analysis. this is indeed a much better way to play. apparently I forget sometimes you are allowed to check/call, heh.

In the casino I play in, if a player wins 2 hands in a row and the second pot has at least $30.00 in it then the following hand is a kill. The winner posts a $6 kill and the blinds post as usual and the game is 6/12 for that hand. However the SB is only $1. So yes, you understand the rules. I wanted some opinions on how others would approach this hand because there is $10 of dead money already in the pot but you would be out of position, heads up with a very small pocket pair.
