In the section titled, "Protecting Your Hand", question number 5. With what hands would this be appropriate? Is he saying check-raise with any hand that you would normally bet or raise with? Or is he referring to Monster hands? Also the very next question mentions your right side opponent betting into you, it says you should almost always raise or fold. Also with what hands would you do this or would you do this with any hand that you would normally bet or raise with?
