Turning Stone Casino.
$100 max buy-in with 1/2 blinds.
Both these hand were in my first rotation so i have no reads on any players. Just some familar faces.

Hand 1:
Im on the BB and get dealt 45o. 3 limpers and sb completes, i check ($100 stack).

Flop: 452 (rainbow)
SB bets out $10, i call $10 and LP calls $10.

Turn: (452)A
SB checks, i bet $30, LP calls $30, sb folds

River: (452A) A
I check, LP checks

Hand 2:
Im in LP and get dealt A5s. 3 Limpers and i limp, blinds complete and check. (I have around $55)

Flop: A57 (2 diamonds)
Checks to MP who bets $10, I raise to $20, everyone folds to LP who calls

Turn: (A57) 9
MP bets $25 i go all in for around $35, he obviously calls the extra $10

River (A579) 7

Please comment on my play of both hands.

Hand 1: I would have raised more on the flop, I'd like to win this pot now, but that's just me...54o in the BB you aren't expecting to make money here, so when you do, even a little, might as well win it and end it. Don't let people catch up.

Hand 2: Looks like you got counterfeited, so it sucks that your money is already all in but you can't do anything about it...

Results:

Hand 1: LP had 23s and took it down with the turned straight
Hand 2: Oppenent had A9 and i lose

Both hands i think i played too passively, especially the second hand when i had only $55. In hand 1, i just didnt see him holding 23s but hey, the blinds are only 1/2 so anything is possible.

hand 1: raise the flop

hand 2: raise the flop (more), minraising does nothing except against a pure bluff
