.....live home game of NL Hold'em two table tournament.

Final four people.

I'm chip leader over a maniac who’s UTG.

I limp pre-flop with J 6 offsiut.

flop comes J J J

I just flopped quads!!!! So I decide to slow play. UTG checks. I "think" for a minute and check.

turn comes A

UTG makes bets 1 BB UTG+1 folds, I call, button folds.

river comes A. full house on the table!!

UTG thinks for a long time and then checks. I go all in quickly as if trying to buy the pot. UTG folds and says I've got the ace

Should I have raised on the turn before the second ace came?

If you bet on the turn he would've folded anyway if he didn't have the A.

Makes no difference.

not sue what your question is exactly, but with this type of flop, you are not going to get any action unless your opponet has a pocket par, and if they do, the are more likely to be cautious. This flop will win small pots but not big ones.

I agree with 'Cracka. However, your best bet when trips flop and you hold the case card is to bet strong on the flop. Most players will not put you on quads and that's when a pocket pair might give you action.
