I can certainly see the turn raise with a pretty good draw, but when you are 3-bet I can't see for the life of me why the heck you 4 bet it.

I agree. I think the check-raise was ok, but I should have just called the 3-bet. Capping was out of line.

Or, should I have just called the turn all-together?
