In the Tampa Tribune today, there is the typical "poker craze" story, chronicling all the small-stakes excitement going on here.
Apparently, Chris Moneymaker was "between big-money tournaments," and decided to stop by Derby Lane to play in the $45 daily NL tournament.
I don't know, but this seems sort of like the Sally Field character in Soapdish, "shopping" at the little peoples' mall, trying to be recognized.
P.S. I'm just having a little fun; from what I can see, Moneymaker's a good sort, and I'm happy for his success.
