Echeck # on firepay?

I'm trying to make a deposit into my firepay account, but it keeps asking for an echeck number. Anyone know what to enter here? I've tried making up numbers (??) and get the following message:

Your transaction was declined. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service.

I've contacted customer service, but no response.

i just start at 1 for my first transaction and move up, if you don't remember what numbers you have used then skip to a higher number. Just did a deposit today and it worked fine.

Man, I'd like to deposit some cash into my account, too. Can't figure out what's wrong, and there is no way to contact them.

Its basially like a check number for record-keeping purposes. Put in a 3 or 4 digit number in the same format as the number that is on your checks. I think (maybe) if you give the number of check that has already been used, it might not work. Try giving the number of an actual check in your check book, and if it goes through, just tear the check up.
