I will be making my first trip to a Casino Card Room this weekend /images/graemlins/grin.gif and would like to know if anyone has a link to a site showing Holdem proper play etiquette (sp?) and rules. My only experience is online play and card games with friends. I am sure there is quite a bit that I should be aware of. I don't want to look totally stupid first time out of the chute. Any help would be appreciated.

Plenty more where that came from - just search for "poker etiquette".

Thank you so much.

I have found several examples of proper ettiquette, but they were VERY basic and seemed to omit things like tipping, taking breaks, etc.

Search this forum for "tipping". It has been discussed a lot. In general, tip a buck on any real pot you win unless you are playing any super low stakes, maybe 50 cents is reasonable then. Don't worry about people who tip $5 on a $20 pot, $1 is plenty.
