With that kind of tight raisor, I like to overcall the whole way trying to keep the player in the middle. You're probably either way ahead or way behind (not my favorite phrase) the BB. With this kind of board, the guy in the middle doesn't pose much of a threat either.

The flop raise gets you 3-bet when you're behind and it doesn't drive anyone out so I just go limp and call-call-call unless things get really ugly.
