anyone having PP hand history problems? (NOT the auto-stored ones)

I've been having a problem getting hand historied ever since the newest program update came out for Party. I only receive the e-mail if I request 45 histories or less, otherwise I just don't get the e-mail. It's not a problem with spam filters, as I don't have one. Anyway, I've contacted their customer support on the phone and via e-mail, and they really weren't any help at all. So basically I just figured that I'd turn to you guys and see if anyone else was in the same boat, and if perhaps you had managed to fix it.

I've been getting mine, but I've been playing a lot of short sessions, so I can't rightly remember if I've requested more than 45 hands at a time.

I started having problems last Friday. I can't seem to validate any web-based e-mail account (Yahoo or Gmail). I had to switch over to a non web-based account.
