Losing the chairs at Empire

Can someone post a site that modifies the Empire table so that there are no chairs.
I found one that let me lose the dealer, but the chairs are still there.

I found one that let me lose the chairs at Party, but it doesn't have the Empire table.

Any help appreciated.
