Going to Reno! (OT)

1st time and I'll be at the Hilton. Any suggestions of sites, food, etc?

Also I need to state that I am in no way prejudice against bricks and activists for bricks can rest easy.

Sites : Take a day and go to Lake Tahoe.
Beach, jet-skis, gambling, golf...
Heavenly tram to see the best view of the lake. Hiking trails exist up there as well.

Food:
Breakfast : All buffets and coffee shops are about the same.
Atlantis has a good seafood bar
I like the Sterling(sp?) steakhouse in Silver Legacy
Best Burger in Reno hands down = The Famous Awful Awful at Rosie's Cafe in John Asquaga's Nugget

Stayed at the Peppermill last Oct and was very pleased by the comps I was given for playing Poker..My room rate was cut in half for the 3 nights I stayed. The rooms were very nice and good Hold Em games @ 4/8 and 10/20.Only played at Peppermill so I don't know about other Casinos...Good Luck
