Party Poker upgrade problem??

Yesterday I upgraded to the latest party poker version when prompted. But since then I haven't been able to connect. I get that initial green box and the blue status bar that usually is on for a second or two when you connect. Underneath it says "setting up connection" after a couple minutes the blue bar resets and it says "retrying the connnection"

Party Poker suggested I uninstall and reinstall the program, which I did, still having the same problem. Anyone else having this problem? Solutions before I call Party back?? I could barely understand the guy I was talking to.

Do you use a firewall? If so check and make sure you have cleared the changed software to pass through.

That was it. I have Norton internet security/firewall. I connect immediately when it's disabled.

Anyone know how to clear party poker in my firewall so I don't have to disable??

Not a problem. Unfortunately I don't use Norton's Firewall so I can't help on the second problem.
