Anyone Collect the September $90 Intercasino Bonus?

I played the required number of hands but didn't get the bonus. My log viewer only shows a few hundred hands over the time I played about 600.

Anyone else have this problem or have I been drinking too much again?

i still do the casino side, but did'nt the rules for clearing this as a poker bonus change to raked hands instead of dealt?

they should still show in log viewer tho.

Sometimes the log viewer doesn't work too well at these sites. It will say 300 and then all of a sudden it goes down to 141 without any reason. I'm clearing this bonus today. I'll let you know if it actually releases at 450 raked hands. I had no problem last month, though it took 2000 hands to clear as I was behind in the WR from casino wagering in months past.

I think it may be raked hands but I did well over the 450 requirement even if only counting raked hands.

The weird thing is they showed up in my log viewer as I did them but later when I went back to play a few more hands they did not show up if that makes any sense.

My standard way to do it is to increase the number of sessions played in the log viewer until I hit the correct date range.

I have had no problem clearing it in the past and cleared out the old casino bonus with some serious hands last month.

I got mine, took maybe 30 minutes to be credited. Have you checked your statement with E-Cash. Mine showed up there first as available for withdraw and then I could use it as part of my balance.

I have had the same problem. My log viewer shows I've played about 550 raked hands, yet the bonus has not been released in my account. This is my first month at Interpoker, so I don't have any carry-over issues from previous months. I'm thinking about e-mailing Customer Support to see what the deal is. Anyone have any experience dealing with their CS?

The log viewer shows ALL hands, including hands you were sitting out in, or waiting for the blind to hit. Note that now this bonus is RAKED hands so 550 overall hands may not be enough.

I'm not sure if it will come up, and I'm to lazy to try, but do a search for IRHC (Interpoker Raked Hands Counter) here on the site. It should take you to a link on the bonuswhores website where you can download a nifty program that counts the raked hands you play. It's pretty slick.

I think MicroBob posted it, so you might be able to scour his posts too, or go to the bonuswhore website.

That's what I'm using. I got it directly from the BW site. It says I've played 550 raked hands. I'm going to find out how many Interpoker thinks I've played.

I don't think the program is 100% accurate, but it is close enough. I had to play about 475 raked hands according to the program to get the $90 bonus. The support guy at InterPoker told me that the bonus is added the instant you hit 450 raked hands.

I am still baffled. I deposited more money two days ago, it shows $90 greater than I can withdraw and played about 100 more raked hands today. I will try a few more this evening.

Anyone know how soft the 100-200 games is there?

According to the hand counter program, I played over 455 raked hands. At this time the bonus was not cleared yet, eventhough it should have.

So I went to the casino and played about $100 worth (equivalent to 20 raked hands), and after this the bonus was cleared. So I think the raked hand counter program might be slightly off, and you might have to play several extra hands.

Otherwise the only other thing I can think of is that you are carrying extra WR from previous, uncleared bonuses.

My experience of this Crypto hand counter is that it is spot on! I played this month, according to the hand counter 451 raked hands & Voila, bonus cleared! The same with the other skins too. I'm thinking people still have previous un-earned bonus dollars to clear which is messing things up. I had to play 1,500 hands last month to clear it.
Also another factor to be considered is when you open the log viewer do you leave it a 'last five hands' or change it to some other setting? I wait til after my very first hand then open the log viewer then get my last '1' hand, that way you should get an exact raked hand count from the Crypto hand counter for the current sessions only.

I'm up to about 520 raked and dealt right now, and still no bonus here. Its my second month at Interpoker and I've never played in the casino.
This seemed to happen to me at Caribbean Sun and Poker Plex also, but within about 10-20 hands after the hand counter showed the proper number of hands, the bonus showed up. (maybe the hand counter is slightly off?)
At least the games are really soft.. annoying though having no idea how much longer I have to play.

I got all my bonuses at the required number of hands. Tracked my play using poker tracker. Cleared Poker Plex, Interpoker and Caribbean Sun.

Cashouts took between 24 and 48 hours.

I have to agree with everyone here that says that the counter is right on the nuts! I haven't had one problem with finding out where I stand. Now I just gotta figure out where the hell the leak in my game is coming from!

Yeah I made a deposit. After about 550 raked I 'gave up' and exited all my tables. Then the bonus was there. I'm guessing maybe you have to leave a certain one of your tables for the bonus to show up or something (maybe it credits the bonus to you on a certain table, but doesn't show as usable chips?). At about 500 hands I tried leaving a single table and it didn't help.

Yes, you have to leave ALL your tables for the bonus to show up. How do you even get to the cashier without leaving all your tables? I get the message "you must leave your game first" or something like that.

Well, I try to add chips to the table, or try to join another table to check on the bonus, usually. On poker plex and caribbean sun I was able to detect the arrival of my bonus this way, without leaving all my tables. Thats why I was thinking maybe it was tied to a certain table.

I finished this up two nights ago. 600 total hands and 455 raked hands according to the hand counter. Deposit bonus showed in cashier when I got up from the table. Ended up being worth about $45/hr playing 2-4 tables - not bad for $1/$2 /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Now change to William Hill and I can't win even though they're the same damn tables lol. Last month I made $1 profit after the 5 hours and last night after 3 hours I'm down $10.

Some comments on various posts in this thread:

Crypto log viewer: You really need to open the window when you start playing, otherwise it doesn't work very well, especially if you multi-table. Lots of the hands get lost, even if you try to request the "past x sessions"


Hand counter: Didn't work me very well, often shows 100% of the hands raked when I can clearly see they weren't. My guess is it might have something to do with playing non-US$ tables. The program may search for the string "Rake $0.00" and subtract out these hands, but if the rake is £0.00 I think it is included as a raked hand.

Deposit bonuses. It is important to note that ALL wagering requirements must be cleared before ANY bonus is released. This is regardless of whether you've tried to clear in the casino or not.

Thus, if you made deposits in Aug and Sept and didn't try to clear in the casino, you have $180 bonus locked. After 900 raked hands, all $180 will be released. You do not get $90 after 450 raked hands and another $90 after 900 raked hands.

If you keep depositing every month and accumulate new bonuses, all your bonus dollars will be locked until you eventually catch up and play all the raked hands required.

FWIW I eventually got my bonus. I don't know exactly what the issue was, perhaps just a time lag.
