I've always contemplated this hand quite a bit from MP. I like the hand a lot, but only enough when it is suited and in MP.

Just wanted to get your opinions on this hand.

From MP...unsuited....

TURBOMUCK!!!

Yes, Lee Jones said it is a miraculous hand. Watch how many times you win with it, and update me.

This advice is coming from someone who occasionally limps with JTo UTG.

Muck it as your default play. In fact, you can't go wrong mucking it all the time.

Im most low-limit games you can limp with JTs from pretty much everywhere (along with some weaker suited connectors). The closer you get to the button the more you should be inclined to play and/or raise it. If the game is tighter or more agressive than usual, you'll have to adjust accordingly.

JTo, on the other hand, is barf.

that is pretty much my basic strategy with this hand coldcash.

I will usually call with it on the button, or possibly raise if it is folded to me.

But lately I have been folding this hand quite a bit preflop from almost anywhere. I guess I am just getting tighter.

Sorry, misunderstood your post.

Disregard all but the last sentence of my first reply.
