I believe transfers are immediate, but you must have preferred player status to make those transfers.

This is true to do so yourself; however, you can email support and provide the necessary information and they will do it for you.

Email UltimateBet and ask if you can be a preferred member. Usually you have to be a member for 6 months IIRC. I emailed them twice about it and never heard anything back. I went to do a transfer and it worked. Apparently they must of activated it, without telling me they did.
