Tough question. When my reads are good, I place lots of value on them.

The guy had been raising a good amount, so I didn't think he had a monster but I felt he had some kind of hand. So something like 99-55.

I think he would have called with any pocket pair there. The pot was so big, and he could bust you, while you couldn't bust him. Plus, the payout is pretty flat for those places. Not a good spot, Tyler.
