This happened with 100/200 blinds right before they went up to 200/400. I could not think of a propper line to take with this hand so I got stuck right in between.
Nothing out of the ordinary from either villian.

Not that it matters, but SB had TT for the rivered straight.

Ugh. I'm trying to think of what I would have done here. Probably call the useless bet on the flop and the min-raise as well. Once the SB bets again on the turn, I'd have to see if I have the 4-1 odds I'd need for my flush, since I can't count on the 3 8s left as outs.

If I'm only getting 4-1 or less, I fold the turn, especially since MP1 raised the flop and may raise the turn as well.

Given the way you played it, I can't suggest anything different.

I might well have moved in on the flop or when he wakes a very weak turn bet. I guess it depends what you can get them to lay down.

In fact I probably move in after it comes back on the flop. You're not massively behind much and theres a lot out there if you can take it down.

true, only problem is the min re-raise and smooth call kinda scared me.
