Typical ending for me. I play solid for 2.5 hours, well above average, then lose everything in 30 minutes. I'm not sure why I aways self-destruct. Too tight, too lose? I'm not sure.

Any comments are appreciated.

Here are some thoughts Wayne:

Hand 1: Looks fine to me.

Hand 2: He's not likely bluffing when the Q and flush hit the turn. I'd fold there if since he has reasonable pre-flop standards.

Hand 3: Bet the flop, or better yet, bet the turn. If he calls or raises, then you're done.

Hand 4: Tough one. Once you're called on the flop, then you need to slow down unless you improve like you did here. Bad two outer on the river. /images/graemlins/frown.gif

Hand 5: A fold is reasonable here, as is a raise, but check that turn and take the free card. It's unlikely he's going to fold there if he's loose. Since you did bet the turn, bet the river! It'll be your only chance to win that pot.
