I'm trying to work on calculating correct odds...I think I barely had odds here.

What's the best shortcut method for figuring odds on-the-fly?

I would appreciate any input.

Your pot odds on the flop are 12.5 - 1. You can figure 1.5 outs each for the flush and straight draws, plus 4 outs for overcards. 7 outs mean you need about 6-1 odds to continue.

Your pot odds on the turn are about 9.5 - 1. You have anywhere between 3 and 10 outs here. I would guess you have only 3 sure outs, which means you should be folding here. You'd need at least 4 sure outs to continue here, and that is only if you can be sure to get two bets on the river.

Marginal calls, probably best to fold the flop in tournaments situations since the chips you lose when you miss are more valuable than the chips you gain when you hit.
