The reraiser here has over 100 hands in my PT, and it was my opinion that she was a resonably competent player. Given that, was I right to play this as I did?

Competent player min reraises you, you have AQo. Fold this preflop. The min reraise is almost always something like AA/KK, as they want to put some more money but not scare you out.

I am okay preflop. When she bets $9 (pot) with three seeing the flop I would put her on AK.
