Off to a rockey start as my Ace-high flush got beaten on the river when the board paired giving my opponent a full house.... In a limit tourney hands get made on the river no matter how aggressively you bet to scare someone off.... Oh, well.

The 1st hour is pretty worthless. As long as you don't drop below 2k in chips it really doesn't matter.

I missed the first hour of the tournament. I logged in to find myself at a table with PokerNeal. I still had $2600 chips or thereabouts. Down to $2300 now with $2774 the average (50/100 blinds). I'm really out of rhythm--since I just got here, I'm probably playing too loose (like it's real early in the tournament). Plus, I haven't played much limit lately. Trying to keep in mind PokerNeal's tips from his winning attempt at the Semis.

T1884, average is 3908. Biggest beat I've taken was when I had AK. I raised, 1 caller. Flop was AQx, I bet. Turn was K, I bet. River was J, I checked/called. Guy was sitting on a pocket pair of tens. Just wasn't meant to win that pot, I guess.
