I know I did something wrong here. How could I have played this better?

Even if he makes trips, you're folding a $30 pot for a $5 call?

Otherwise you did fine. You're just unlucky that the fish sucked out on you.

Yes the villain either trips or flush. I think it more likely that he has the flush.

Although calling $5 to see if villain is a bluffer is acceptable.

I think you played the hand fine, although I would have bet more than $2 on the flop.

I agree that you played it fine, though I think you have to call on the end. You're getting 6-1 from the pot; do you really think you won't have the best hand even 1 time in 7 here?
