no reads or anything this is a 5$ mtt on party wats the right move here, push or fold, i told him the fold is right because he has to be the first person to act w/ a medium PP and there is very little folding equity, hes at best 50 50 and could be much worse + hes got 12x bb and can wait for a better situation, any thoughts? results to follow

I push here... he could be raising with a lot of hands and somehow ur saying hero is first to act? Pushing adds folding equity. I am playing to win here and taking risks on small edges is part of it.

I fold this vs. tyical opponents.

He's a giant stack and will be risking 2700 to win 5k if you push. You will get called >80% of time here. A small but signficant % of the time you will be crushed as big dog, most of the time you're a coinflip. You still have over 10xbb so wait to find soemthing that has a better chance of being a favorite, or get money in first.
