Easy one. Push and hope. You are wrong side of bubble and need to take advantage of an ok hand / position.

I think you have to push. Small blind is almost certain to get out of the way. With 100 already in BB will most likely call with any two. This is a good opportunity to double.

No question you have to push here and hopefully you will win. You shouldn't wait this long to make something happen. You have no fold equity here. I would have pushed long before this. I usually go into push or fold mode when I have less then 10x the BB. If the cards aren't coming you have to make something happen. Pick a time when everyone limps in and then push with any 2 while you still have fold equity.
