Theory Of Poker question

I am rereading TOP for about the 10th time, and I was wondering


who Mr. Sklansky's co-author was. He is referred to maybe three


times in the book, and I've always wanted to know more about


him - has he written any other material, placed in any major


tournaments, is he a recognized player anywhere? I think his


name is Roger Dionne. This is just idle curiosity, but it comes


up every time Ii read this book.

You have the name right. My understanding is that he was a professional writer who also played poker. He passed away I believe in 1984 and I never met him.
