In the miscellaneous stats tab on Pokertracker it tells how many tournament chips you have won with different hands from high card up through straight flushs. Mine are all green except for one pair and high card. These are both much more negative then any of the other categories are positive. I don't think the actual numbers matter so much as does the relative sizes. Anyway, this is based off of about 600 10-person sit and go's at Party. I'm barely profitable over this 600 and so would appreciate hearing others results in this area with some mention of profitability. I wonder if it might mean I'm playing one pair way too strong for tournaments. I expected that the high card category would be negative, but it's kind of amazing to me that I lose so much with one pair. Any response would be much appreciated.

Mine are about the same, with about 23,000 hands. While I'm about break even, as well, these numbers don't surprise me. The One Pair hands played are also the highest (1100 compared w/ 800 2 pair). This means the amount you lost per hand is much lower than it looks.

High Card...100,657)...-321/hand
One Pair...(147,983)...-131/hand
Two Pair...119,480...139/hand
Trips...118,714...554/hand
Straight...93,174...541/hand
Flush...60,136...532/hand
Boat...93,273...758/hand
Quads...6,631...602/hand
Royal...545...545/hand (pretty early in the tourney)

I've seen all five cards with 312 hands out of 502 tourneys. I have to figure a lot of those were the LAST hand I played and went all-in with high cards that didn't hit. That may also explain the higher lost $T/hand.

The other thing to remember with Poker Tracker when you play at Party is that it doesn't accurately reflect all hands in the Misc Stats tab. Notice how there aren't any hands listed that you folded Post-Flop? About 15% of my total hands are listed here, and only 10% are High Card.

I'm sure I'm missing some major point of information, but that was just a long way of saying, my numbers are like yours too.
