I posted this hand earlier for review. Thanks for the replies.

I have one more question concerning this hand. Let me first preface by saying that I normally would not have played this hand like that. For the most part, I would either semi-bluff on the flop or fold after the 150 bet on the turn. For some reason though, my gut feeling was that he had nil, and I could take this pot down. The funny thing is that it was too early in the tourney to have any type of read on him. I can't even explain why I played it that way, but I just did. I know it's not a big hand at all, but my instincts just surprised me (enough to post it).

So my question is what is there to be said about trusting your instincts? Especially when the situation doesn't warrant such a play.
