Bet the river, everything else looks good.

PF, Flop, and Turn play are A-OK. The river is a very clear missed value bet. That card is a blank (unless you fear the backdoor flush), you've been checked to, and you thought you had the best of it on the turn, as indicated by your raise. Bet it!

If your going to raise the turn, bet the river.

You have to bet the river here. With your flop riase, you chased away the backdoor flush draws, and no way MP2 would bet out a four flush to your riase. He hasn't shown strenght to this point, so he probably doesn't have high cards, and you get checked to when a scare card comes ...

Bet the river for value. UTG has 8x (which is funny that the 8 isn't the x, the hand should be xx)

MP2 might be on a diamond draw. who knows, but it's worth a bet.

Allright already... I said someone give me guff, not EVERYONE give me guff /images/graemlins/tongue.gif I know I should have bet the river, as I was hitting the check button I felt vomit rise in the back of my throat. What does everyone think about the pre flop raise in MP after a bunch of limpers? The raise on the turn to increase my chances of winning the pot?

Yes, protect your overcards if the flush doesn't come.

Raise the turn because you have the best hand and the best draw.

"The raise on the turn to increase my chances of winning the pot? "

The raise on the turn is primarily for value. You very likely have the best hand now.
