$200+$15 NL SNG at party - things have gone well and i have T3000 coming second - on my right is the chip leader with T3800 - 3 others left all with around T1000

i get KdJd in the BB with the blinds at 100/200 - folded to the chip leader in the SB who raises to 400 - i call

the chip leader is a bit chooky - he has seen a lot of flops from round 1 and built his stack by nailing a couple of rivers - for the last 20 hands he has played maybe 15 and raised pre-flop more than half of those - i reckon his current aggression is more impatience than strategic bullying

flop is K 8 3 rainbow (no diamond) - leader bets 400 - whats a good plan ?

I would probably call the flop, and move in on any non-ace non-threeflush turn, unless he makes another smallish yet larger bet.
