I don't like the river check, unless you KNOW (beyond a shadow of a doubt) that your opponent is a habitual bluffer. Obviously you know you missed a few SB's by not raising preflop. Otherwise good.

No. If he bets more hands than he'll call, you check, and catch him bluffing. If he calls with more hands than he'll bet, though, you have to bet for value.

In this situation, though (against a typical microlimit player), just bet the river.
