Empire HH's... slower than usual tonight?

Switched to Empire for an affiliate and the HH's come at a snail's pace, is this the norm? Just curious because if so I might go back to PP, at least they were quick about their HH's and rudeness. Anyone?

Its hit or miss with both party and empire. There are times when I dont get a HH at all, there are times when I get it like 24 hours later.

They both use the exact same support people. Its my opinion that they should get away from emailed HHs, and use a log file instead. I guess that would be difficult for SnGs, but they should at least have a request button for SnG HHs.

to answer your question,,, I am fairly sure its the same for both party and empire. I dont think one is better at emailing HHs... I could be wrong.
