Yes, and it's not close. Do you see why?

If I can be reasonably certain that I will have one caller, I'd willing to go all in with this hand. I may have raised (vs. cold called) the first $150 bet. If I suspect there will be multiple callers to my all in bet, I would be willing to let go of this hand.
Early in tournament, I tend to limp with jacks and play them for a set (i.e. not value them more then a pair of sevens). Late in tournament, I play them strong (push, etc). Mid point I want to either limp (and $150 is too much to consider this a limp) or get head to head.

Having done what you did, yes, I would call the all-in. But I wouldn't have called the 150 raise in the first place. I'd probably have folded my jacks. Depends of course very much on the looseness of the table. If the 150 raiser is LAGish and rest of the table tight or at least reasonable, I'd go all-in myself.

Well, the reason I cold-called is because I thought there wouldn't be any callers behind me. So, I'd be head to head, but still able to get away from the hand on the flop.

My earlier post was a joke because I had just read the overused 2+2 cliche's thread (in NVG) again. Anyway.

If the shortstack is anything other than a total rock, you likely aren't far behind. Realize that the shortstack only has 12xBB so he probably wants to make a move before the blinds go up again. I could see him making this move with TT/99, and overcards very easily. With the pot overlay, I make this call every time, and if he has AA->QQ, he has it.

Makes sense to me...pretty much what I was thinking when I decided to call. I was a bit worried, though, that the raise/fold of the EP guy meant a semi-bluff with a medium pair, thus making it less likely that the short stack was going all-in with a pair lower than mine, & as a result making it slightly (somewhat?) more likely that he was doing it with overcards/overpair. I don't think it makes the call close, but how much thought would you give to this aspect of the situation?
