I'm going to talk to JM Melillo, the worlds leading expert in global warming. He was in the National Geographic recently. I want to get as much as possible out of the meeting. So if anyone has any good questions to ask, I will ask him, if there is time, and post answers.

Ask him about ocean currents in relation to warming and not just the surfical currents, but also about mid to deep cold currents that crawl along at slower rates.

Ask him about correlation of increased sunspot activity with warmer periods on Earth.

I recently read that there is indeed a strong historical correlation, and that we are currently at a high for sunspot activity.

The article concluded that the researcher thought that both sunspot activity and human actions were contributing to global warming, but did not offer a relative breakdown assessment.
