You don't have a piece of the flush draw and there are two overcards to your pair. You are getting 14 to 1 on a call to hit a two outer. I make this laydown as well. I can't see how you can be ahead unless SB and MP2 both have TT.

yes, it is a clear fold. If the flush draw werent out, i would be tempted to take one off and then fold on the turn.
