Did I play this hand OK?

I'm a new player and posted in the cutoff seat. Aggressive MP raises. I call 1 more bet with 87h. Button tags along. 3 players.


Flop comes K66 with two hearts. MP bets. I raise my flush draw. Button drops and MP calls.


Turn comes another 6. MP checks. I bet. MP raises. I muck.


Did I play this hand OK?

No! u should check called... and when 2 pair in board u should considered a class fold!!

I don't believe that the probability of getting both of your opponent's to fold to your semibluff raise is large enough to justify attempting it (given the action preflop and the fact that MP has made every possible bet/raise). The King could easily have hit one of your opponents and they won't put you on trip sixes (more likely you would wait until the turn to raise).


Personally, I would have just called on the flop and hoped to improve.

I would have taken the free card on the turn and check called the river if you catch a pair on the flush.
