The table is pretty tight, most large preflop raises only get 1-2 callers.

What is your play here? It is a $20 raise to me, and there was only one pre-flop raise, so I assume that MP2 has a decent hand--but no reads.

Can I safely put him on AK,AQ, maybe KK to drive me out if I had a Ax <AT holding?

Was it wrong for me to call the all-in bet if I wasn't prepared to call if someone made me push all in?

Id say its a good lay down, I mean ya you might have the best hand, but think about the call, are you going to lose this or win this type of call more or less? I would like to think less of the time. So calling it for me, would be saying to myself that I expect to lose over time.
